After downloaded, then you can freely customize the look and functionality of each theme, and then upload to your host. So you will have a theme to suit your preference.

After accessing the above address, you'll see a list of themes appears with a thumbnail description of that theme. There are many types of themes: type a column, two column, three columns, four columns with lots of different designs.

Please click on "test run" to see the whole look of that theme, if you like, please download by clicking on "Download."

Once downloaded, you just unzip the folder of that theme. If you know a little about PHP, then you can change the layout of the theme and layout for it with your mind. Then just upload the theme folder to which folder: wp-content/themes on your host. After the upload is complete, you will find themes that appear in the Presentation in your WP Admin. You just click on the theme that you've finished installing the new theme for your blog.
